? About the Role

We’re looking for a Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to join Little Creek Early Learning on a part-time basis. The centre is open 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, and this role requires availability across five days on a rotating roster.

As a Lead Educator, you will:

- Lead your room team in delivering an engaging early learning program.

- Plan, document and reflect on children’s learning and development.

- Support and mentor educators and assistants in your room.

- Build positive connections with families through orientations, handovers and updates.

- Keep your learning environment organised, engaging and well maintained.

? You'll Need

- Completed Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.

- Previous experience leading a room in an early childhood setting.

- First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of commencement).

- Valid Working with Children Check (Queensland Blue Card).

- Completed Child Protection training.

- Availability to work five days per week on a rotating roster covering open, close and lunch cover shifts.
