We are looking for 2 caring, motivated and experienced individuals to join our dedicated Care at Home team in South Skye and Lochalsh as Lead Health & Social Care Support Workers (Band 4).

2 posts of 22.65 hours per week.

In this role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity and overall wellbeing. As a senior member of the team, you will work with a greater level of autonomy and contribute to the smooth running of the service, including supporting colleagues and maintaining high standards of care delivery.

You will be part of a close-knit local team, with access to regular supervision, ongoing training, and skilled support from NHS Highland.

Shift patterns will be discussed at interview but will include a 4 on / 4 off rotation,



in line with service requirements.

Requirements SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

Relevant experience in a care environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
