As the Lead Generation & Acquisition Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of customer acquisition and lead nurturing programs across both investment and superannuation customer segments. Working closely with marketing, sales, product, digital, and analytics teams, you'll be responsible for attracting, engaging, and converting prospective customers through highly targeted campaigns and personalised customer journeys.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Develop and execute lead generation and acquisition strategies across digital and offline channels.
- Build and grow a high-quality prospect database through segmentation, CRM optimisation, and audience targeting.
- Design and implement nurture journeys that move prospects through the acquisition funnel and improve conversion outcomes.
- Partner with content, digital, product, and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns, webinars, events, and lead generation initiatives.
- Develop lead scoring and qualification frameworks across B2C and B2B audiences.
- Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour,



and acquisition metrics to continually improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Deliver meaningful reporting and insights to key stakeholders and senior leaders.

About You:

- 8 years' experience in lead generation, acquisition marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing.
- Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally Salesforce and related martech tools.
- Proven ability to develop and optimise acquisition and nurture programs that drive measurable growth.
- Highly commercial, data-driven, and comfortable working with performance metrics and analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience within financial services, investment, superannuation, insurance or another regulated environment will be highly regarded.
