Christies Beach High School is seeking an experienced and collaborative leader to strengthen whole school inclusion, intervention and support for students with disability and identified learning needs. The successful applicant will lead One Plan, IESP and NCCD processes, build staff capability in evidence based inclusive teaching, and maintain effective systems for case management, monitoring and review. The role will strategically coordinate learning support staff, funding, external partnerships, intervention programs and alternative pathways to improve student learning, engagement, wellbeing and successful transitions.
Leadership of whole school assessment processes and the effective use of achievement and engagement data will be central to identifying student needs,
targeting support and monitoring improved outcomes across Years 7 to 12.
