Position Descriptor:

Christies Beach High School is seeking an experienced and collaborative leader to strengthen differentiated teaching and literacy improvement across Years 7 to 12. The successful applicant will lead a consistent whole school approach to responsive curriculum, pedagogy and assessment, while building staff capability through qualified learning, modelling, coaching and collaborative planning. The role will lead evidence based literacy teaching and targeted intervention, using student achievement data to identify needs, monitor progress and evaluate impact.

This position provides an opportunity to lead sustained improvement in teaching practice and ensure every student experiences appropriate challenge, support and success.

Please note that part time and flexible arrangements will be considered.
