About the role
We are seeking a Thai Sales Representative to join our sales team at Mad Fresh in Brisbane. This is a full-time position based in Brisbane QLD 4000, offering an exciting opportunity to develop your sales career whilst working with a growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth within the Thai market and Thai-speaking customer base. You will be a key ambassador for Mad Fresh,
representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Thai market and Thai-speaking customer segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Present and promote Mad Fresh products and services to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals whilst ensuring profitability and client satisfaction
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress
