Job Description

Deaf Connect is seeking a Growth & Engagement Officer (Services) to lead multichannel campaigns across digital and direct channels, promoting Auslan services and strengthening brand and community impact. You will work with the Team Lead, Service Growth to optimise campaigns, analyse performance and report insights to drive audience growth and engagement.

The role requires robust project management, data analysis, and communication skills, with experience in Meta/Google ads, CMS, and KPI
