Love leading teams, working with heavy equipment, and keeping operations moving? As a Site Services Team Leader, you’ll help deliver safe, efficient, and reliable operations across our bulk train loading facilities, quarries, and stockpile areas.

This hands‑on role will see you lead and develop your team, coordinate site activities, equipment, and resources, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic operational environment.

Reporting to the Site Services Lead, you’ll work closely with operational teams to support production targets and maintain a secure, compliant, and well‑maintained site. If you’re passionate about safety, teamwork, and leading from the front, we’d love to hear from you.

nWhat You’ll Be Doing n
n

n
- Lead, coach, and develop the Site Services team.
n
- Coordinate bulk train loading activities.
n
- Oversee quarry operations, stockpiles, haul roads, and waste areas.
n
- Supervise contractors and service providers.
n
- Support equipment and infrastructure maintenance.
n
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, dust suppression, drainage, and road maintenance.
n
- Promote safety, environmental compliance, and operational improvement.
n

nWhat You’ll Bring n
n

n
- Experience leading teams in quarrying, mining, manufacturing, logistics, construction materials, or a similar environment.
n
- A strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
n




- Experience coordinating people, equipment, contractors, and site activities.
n
- Practical problem‑solving and sound communication skills.
n
- Experience in bulk materials handling, train loading, or quarry operations will be highly regarded.
