Job Description

Western NSW Local Health District Bathurst Health Service is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 for Hospital in the Home (HiTH) & Ambulatory Care. The role delivers complex specialist nursing care in home or outpatient settings as a clinically secure substitute for hospital care.

You will lead service improvement, mentor staff, and monitor key performance indicators to align with clinical best practice. The role supports rural health development in Bathurst and surrounding areas.
