We are looking for someone who is passionate about food service, values teamwork, and takes pride in creating memorable dining experiences for our clients and guests.

- Prepare and deliver meals, food, and beverages with efficiency, care, and attention to presentation standards
n
n
- Assist with food preparation, meal plating, and cold larder duties while maintaining quality and consistency
n
n
- Maintain a clean, secure, and hygienic workspace at all times, adhering strictly to food safety protocols and Australian food handling regulations
n
n
- Assist in monitoring and recording Food Safety Program (FSP) requirements, including temperature checks, cleaning schedules, and receipt of goods documentation
n
n
- Perform dishwashing and kitchen cleaning duties to maintain sanitation standards and support kitchen operations
n
n
- Support the catering team in setup and breakdown of service areas, ensuring all equipment and materials are properly organized and stored
n
n

About You:

- Previous catering, hospitality, or food service experience highly regarded
n
n
- Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
n
n
- Reliable, organised,



and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
n
n
- Flexible availability to work varied shifts, including early starts and weekends
n
n
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on patient care and customer service
