MAS Espresso in Brisbane CBD is seeking an experienced Head Barista to lead our high-volume café. If you thrive during the morning rush, this role offers a Monday to Friday schedule and the chance to set the vibe, ensure consistency, speed, and quality across the bar.
You will supervise the cafe operation, manage a team during peak trade, train staff in latte art and machine calibration, monitor stock, and deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.
