The Prospect

This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of our organisation through initiatives that build capability, strengthen culture and foster inclusion.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you'll design and deliver learning, culture, engagement and inclusion initiatives that support a high-performing, future-ready workforce.

Working across five distinct businesses, you'll help bring a shared Group vision to life while recognising the unique needs and opportunities within each brand. This role is ideal for someone with a strong Learning & Development or Capability background who has had exposure to culture, engagement, inclusion or broader People & Culture initiatives and is looking to broaden their impact and career.

What You'll Be Doing

Learning & Capability

- Designing contemporary learning programs that build capability and performance.
- Developing leaders and managers to succeed in increasingly complex environments.
- Leveraging technology, AI and modern learning approaches to create engaging learning experiences.




- Building a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Culture & Engagement

- Designing and delivering initiatives that strengthen engagement, connection and culture.
- Leading employee listening activities and translating insights into action.
- Partnering with leaders to strengthen organisational capability and team effectiveness.
- Supporting employee experience and employer brand initiatives.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging

- Delivering DEIB initiatives that foster inclusion, belonging and equitable opportunities.
- Supporting the Group's DEIB priorities and Reconciliation Action Plan commitments.
- Delivering awareness programs, learning experiences and initiatives that strengthen inclusive leadership and cultural capability.
- Building strong partnerships that advance inclusion across the organisation.

About YouYou'll bring experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Employee Experience, Culture, DEIB or a related discipline. You're an engaging facilitator and relationship builder who can inspire, challenge and motivate others. You enjoy identifying opportunities, designing practical solutions and turning ideas into action. You'll be comfortable facilitating workshops, designing capability programs, analysing insights and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Most importantly, you'll be:
