What You’ll Do
As our Leasing Consultant, you’ll play a key role in connecting quality tenants with outstanding properties and be the first impression of our team for many of our clients and prospective tenants. Supported by our fantastic Property Management, Admin and Accounts teams, you’ll focus on delivering a professional, welcoming and exceptional leasing experience while building robust relationships with landlords and tenants.
Key responsibilities include
Conducting property inspections and open homes
Managing enquiries and following up prospective tenants
Processing applications and assisting with tenant selection
Coordinating leasing and move-in processes
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing journey
Supporting the Property Management team with day-to-day leasing activities
Contributing to new business and portfolio growth
Who We’re Looking For
You’re confident, proactive, personable and thrive in a fast-paced, team environment. You bring:
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Previous leasing or real estate experience (preferred)
Current driver’s licence
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills A positive, professional and client-focused attitude
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Experience with Ailo (is a bonus, but not essential)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
