About the Role

As a Line Cook / Larder Chef, you’ll work alongside our chefs to prepare and plate dishes during service. You’ll take ownership of the larder section, keep your station organised, and help deliver consistently great food in a busy kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and plate dishes from the larder section to our standards
- Complete daily prep and set up your station for service
- Work closely with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly
- Check the quality, freshness,



and presentation of ingredients and dishes
- Store, label, and rotate stock correctly
- Keep your section clean, organised, and ready for service
- Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a line cook, commis chef, or larder chef preferred
- Confidence working independently on a section during service
- Valuable organisation, attention to detail, and pride in your work
- A reliable team player who communicates well under pressure
- Availability for part-time shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
