Schedule: Morning Shifts starting at 9 AM (Morning Availability Required)

Love working in a fast-paced kitchen but prefer having your evenings free? The Meat & Wine Co Southbank is looking for reliable, detail oriented Prep Cook to join our team.

You'll play a critical role in setting up our kitchen for success each day, preparing our ingredients to high standard before the lunch and dinner rush hits.

What We are Looking For

- Experience: 1+ years of kitchen or prep experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.

- Availability:



Consistent morning availability (9AM starts)

- Skills: Strong understanding of food safety/hygiene, and high attention to detail.

- Qualifications: Cert III in Commercial Cookery is a plus, but practical experience and solid work ethic are what count most.
