About the role:

Our client is seeking a CSO ready to take the next step in their career, or an Associate Adviser looking to support a Lead Financial Adviser in delivering high-quality financial advice to clients. You will manage client workflows, assist with strategy development and help implement advice in a technical, quick-paced environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Support Lead Adviser with client relationship management
- Prepare strategy, modelling and product comparisons
- Draft SOAs and ROAs with internal paraplanners
- Attend client meetings and record key advice outcomes
- Manage workflows and maintain compliant client records

Skills & Experience:

- Strong experience in the financial planning industry in a paraplanning or associate adviser role
- Completed or working towards a FASEA-approved qualification
- Knowledge of super, investments, retirement and insurance advice
- Experience using Xplan and financial planning systems




- Strong written communication and attention to detail
