PTT is an established growing organisation and the role is based at the Head Office in East Brisbane. There is onsite parking and a short walk to Coorparoo Train station. You will be part of a 5 person Finance Team and the business has multiple sites across Australia/ NZ. The role requires accuracy and has the chance to build your skills within the finance function.
Responsibilities:
Process end to end payroll in Xero for 50 AU staff and 10 NZ staff on a fortnightly rotation.
Manage Accounts Payable function for AU and NZ companies.
Prepare weekly supplier payments and process 100-150 invoices.
Upload payments to FX platform and send remittance advice to overseas suppliers.
Ensure suppliers are paid on terms and assist resolve payment enquiries.
Reconcile and upload monthly credit card journals.
Assist implement software to reduce manual inputs
Adhoc Finance tasks to assist the team meet deadlines.
About you:
Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role
Enjoy working in a small team and will be able to work in the office for the initial 3 months with flexibility to WFH once you understand the role.
High degree of accuracy required and understand the confidentiality of payroll tasks.
