About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in the swimming pool industry to support strategic growth and strengthen our market position.
This role suits someone with strong industry relationships, a solid understanding of the pool market's technical and commercial aspects, and the ability to confidently identify, negotiate, and close high-value opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute business strategies to grow revenue and market share
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Build, manage, and expand long-term relationships with current and new customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
- Collaborate closely with BDM, CEO, marketing, and operations teams.
- Provide accurate forecasting, reporting,
and pipeline management to CEO.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the swimming pool industry to be considered for the role
- Strong understanding of the pool industry, products, systems, and market dynamics
- Established network within the pool industry preferred
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-focused
- Willingness to travel as required
- CRM and Microsoft Office experience essential
