This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading food manufacturing company renowned for innovation, quality, and nutrition. As the Afternoon Shift Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading daily operations, developing your team, and ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

The Role

You’ll lead a team of approximately 20-25 employees across production. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll oversee shift performance, coordinate labour requirements, support employee development, and drive a positive team culture.

Key Duties

- Lead a team of 20-25 staff to achieve production, safety, and quality targets
- Provide your team with hands‑on support and direction
- Coordinate rostering,



and casual staffing requirements
- Provide on the job training and develop team members
- Manage performance, attendance, and workplace issues
- Liaise with labour hire providers and key stakeholders
- Troubleshoot operational and system issues
- Maintain HACCP, GMP, Quality, and WHS compliance
- Complete shift reporting and drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

- Experience leading teams in manufacturing, FMCG, warehousing, or production
- Proven people leadership and performance management skills
- SAP experience and strong computer literacy
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Quality, and WHS standards
- Experience with rostering, workforce planning, and labour hire management
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Hands‑on leader who can motivate and engage a high‑performing team
