About the Role Reporting into the logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating export and import documentation, ensuring accurate shipment processing and supporting the movement of sea freight across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage export and import documentation
- Coordinate sea freight shipments across APAC
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with international trade and shipping requirements
- Track shipments and resolve documentation issues
- Maintain accurate records and reporting within ERP systems
About You
- 3-5 years experience in export/import documentation
- Experience managing consolidations and sea freight shipments
- Strong attention to detail and administration skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience within logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain environments
- ERP experience and strong Microsoft Office skills
