What You'll Be Doing

- Manage Return Authority (RA) requests from creation through to warehouse receipt and closure

- Coordinate collections, deliveries and exchanges with third-party logistics (3PL) partners

- Monitor returns activity, resolve aged cases and manage escalations to ensure timely outcomes

- Reconcile logistics reports, review 3PL invoices and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain or a similar operations-focused role

- Experience using SAP and strong Microsoft Office skills

- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and IF formulas

- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills,



with a proactive and customer-focused approach
