Australian Tartaric Products is a leading international manufacturer of food-grade Grape Seed Oil, Tartaric Acid, and Grape Spirit, located in Colignan in the Mildura region. We pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art processing facilities, including a distillery and biomass boiler, and are committed to delivering high-quality products to customers around the world.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a full-time Logistics & Operations Assistant to join our dedicated team. Working alongside our production and logistics teams, you will assist with warehouse operations, product despatch and general factory operations. This is a hands-on day shift position, with overtime available when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with warehouse operations
- Loading of tankers and export containers
- Assist with general production and factory operations
- Operate mobile plant and equipment when trained and authorised
- Seasonal product batching as required
- Conduct monthly warehouse stocktakes
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Report equipment faults, hazards, incidents and quality issues
- Complete required production and quality documentation




- Follow company safety, quality and environmental procedures

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in a factory, warehouse or manufacturing workplace is advantageous
- Experience working with dangerous goods or hazardous substances is advantageous
- A valid forklift licence and relevant experience
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and participate in training and job rotation
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain a high standard of housekeeping
