We are in need of a Fulltime Machine Operator afternoon shift that has a forklift license and experience in the beverage canning industry is preferred.

The role encompasses but not limited to:

- Maintaining safety, quality, and manufacturing standards
- operating high speed machinery and machine adjustments
- troubleshooting
- performing and achieving machinery changeovers
- accurate completion and recording of all quality, testing, and production-related documents
- operating a forklift to load and unload shipping containers and trucks, shifting loads, warehousing,



pallet wrapping including completing associated paperwork
- working effectively and efficiently to reduce downtime
- reporting safety incidents and completing maintenance tasks
- ensuring production areas are cleaned up to quality standards
- adhering to company safety and quality policies and procedure

The ingredients for success:

- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills;
- Experience in a fast paced environment ideally within the canning & beverage industry
- Excellent communication skills - listening, verbal and written;
- Thorough understanding of safety, health and environment risks
- Experience working automated manufacturing lines
- Ability to commit to afternoon shift 6am - 2pm Monday-Friday and occasional Saturday if required
- a valid forklift (FL) licence and relevant driving experience
