01st September, 2026/n THE OPPORTUNITY /n We are seeking a passionate Counter Manager to join our team at Melbourne International Airport, delivering exceptional customer experiences within a dynamic luxury retail environment. /n You will represent MAC, a globally renowned makeup brand, providing expert product knowledge and personalised service to international travellers. /n This role is ideal for someone who loves beauty, enjoys connecting with customers, and thrives in a diverse, fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /n /n

- Analyse sales trends to identify opportunities and maximise sales.

/n

- Coach, motivate team members to provide excellence in customer service.

/n

- Provide clear communication and consistent, constructive feedback on a daily/weekly basis to all MAC team members

/n

- Ensure the MAC counter is well-staffed, visually merchandised, and stocked to maximise sales.

/n

- Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner

/n /n ABOUT YOU/n

/n /n

- Previous retail/sales experience in beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics

/n

- Strong product knowledge in the luxury beauty space

/n

- Excellent communication skills

/n

- Professional and vibrant personality

/n

- The ability to speak a second language will be highly regarded

- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification /n /n

DETAILS OF THE ROLE/n

- Location: Melbourne Airport

- Full time position: 76 hours’ fortnightly

- 2 week rotating roster

- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays
