Quick Built Systems is a rapidly expanding manufacturer of kit homes, patio structures, modular fencing, insulated panel systems, and aluminium building products, supplying customers across NSW and interstate. With strong demand and major investment in new machinery, we’re building a high‑performing production team to support our next phase of growth.

We’re seeking motivated Factory Hands / Machine Operators to join our Silverdale branch on a full‑time basis. These roles are essential in ensuring our customers receive accurately manufactured products, on time, and in first‑class condition.

Your work may include:

- Operating metal roll forming machinery to produce high‑quality outputs

- Running production jobs to specification with strong attention to detail

- Assisting with loading customer orders and truck dispatch

- Unpacking incoming goods and restocking materials

- General factory and warehouse duties

- Interpreting drawings, job sheets, and production schedules

- Contributing to continuous improvement, including scrap and error reduction

About you:

You’re mechanically minded, reliable,



and enjoy working in a quick‑paced manufacturing environment. You take pride in producing quality work and have the discipline to follow processes accurately.

You’ll bring

- Experience operating manufacturing machinery (metal, panel, timber, or similar)

- Strong communication and analytical skills
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality

- Ability to meet deadlines and work safely
- A current forklift license (desired but not essential)

Experience with roll formers or insulated panel machinery is highly regarded — but not essential if you’re switched on and eager to learn.
