About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our client's manufacturing operation in South Nowra.
This role will involve operating manufacturing machinery in line with daily production requirements and following established safety and quality procedures.
The position is initially offered on a casual basis, with the potential to transition to full-time employment for the right person.
Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be required to:
- Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow production schedules and instructions
- Monitor machinery and production processes
- Complete quality checks and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Work effectively as part of a production team
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Is reliable and willing to learn
- Can follow instructions and work to production requirements
- Has a strong focus on safety and quality
- Is comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
- Can work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is desirable
- Forklift Licence is desirable but not essential
- Current Driver's Licence
- Full Australian working rights
