In this role, your contribution will go beyond the numbers: you will help improve the way financial information is understood and used across the business.

The opportunity

You will deliver reliable management reporting, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide clear financial insights to stakeholders across multiple business units. You will also contribute to the analysis and improvement of finance systems, data flows, and business processes.

What you will be responsible for

- Delivering timely and accurate monthly management reports across multiple business units.

- Completing inventory reconciliations, general ledger reconciliations and variance analysis.

- Preparing budgets and forecasts and providing insightful monthly performance analysis.

- Supporting statutory compliance requirements, including FBT reporting.

- Maintaining the fixed asset register and strengthening financial controls.

- Contributing to the annual audit process and liaising with external auditors.

- Partnering with internal stakeholders to translate financial information into practical commercial insights.

- Identifying and implementing improvements to finance systems, reporting tools and processes.





- Providing support on ad hoc accounting, analysis and business improvement initiatives.

What you will bring

- A minimum of five years’ experience as a Management Accountant or in a closely related role.

- CPA or CA qualification.

- A tertiary qualification in accounting, finance or a related discipline.

- Strong management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- The ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

- A sound understanding of accounting processes, internal controls and statutory compliance.

- The confidence to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team culture.

- ERP system knowledge.

A valuable advantage
