We are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join a prominent Manufacturing business located in Port Melbourne. This role focuses on financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis to support decision-making and drive business performance.

Description

- Prepare and analyse monthly management reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts to support financial planning.
- Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
- Assist in cost control and efficiency improvements across the organisation.
- Support financial decision-making with detailed analysis and recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial processes and reporting systems.




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis as required to support strategic initiatives.

Profile A successful Management Accountant will be able to demonstrate:

- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Skilled accounting qualifications such as CPA or CA.
- Reliable technical accounting skills.
- Proven ability to analyse complex financial data and present insights clearly.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity.

Job Offer

- $125K - $135K plus superannuation, pending experience.
- Permanent, full-time position.
