This role is ideal for a commercially minded leader who combines deep retail, consumer goods or travel expertise with strong enterprise and business architecture capabilities and a proven ability to identify, shape, and grow strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities - Lead client workstreams, solving priority business challenges across growth, customer experience, commercial effectiveness, operations, and transformation execution.

- Translate strategic objectives into structured initiatives, actionable plans,



and business capability improvements across retail, consumer goods, and travel organizations.
- Assess current-state business models, processes, and organizational capabilities to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and transformation priorities.
- Facilitate working sessions with client stakeholders to align on issues, define solution options, and support decision-making across business and technology teams.
- Develop clear, insight-led deliverables including assessments, recommendations, roadmaps, business cases, and executive presentations.
- Support opportunity development and client account growth through industry insights, problem shaping, proposal contributions, and participation in strategic sales discussions.
- Coach and collaborate with team members across levels to deliver high-quality work, manage priorities effectively, and foster a robust team culture.
