A leading global law firm is looking for an M&A; lawyer to join its Digital practice — an opportunity to take your transactional experience into a role focused on clients, technology, AI and innovation, beyond the traditional billable-hour model.

Think sophisticated legal work, with a more in-house-style focus.

You’ll work with major clients on complex transactions while helping transform how legal services are delivered through AI, legal technology, process optimisation and cutting-edge delivery models. You’ll also have greater exposure to project management, client engagement and team leadership, working alongside lawyers, technologists and legal operations specialists.

This opportunity will suit an M&A; lawyer with 4 years’ PQE who enjoys the technical and commercial side of transactions, but is increasingly interested in AI and the future of legal services — and is looking for greater variety, innovation and leadership outside the traditional private-practice model.
