M Development Pty Ltd We are looking for two full-time carpenter to add to our growing business profile. Join a skilled team building high-quality homes across NSW.

We’re seeking qualified Carpenters to work full-time on diverse residential projects, including framing and cladding, as well as custom fittings and repairs. You’ll collaborate with experienced trades and help deliver outstanding results on every build. M DEVELOPMENT PTY LTD is based in Rhodes, NSW, and we are seeking experienced candidates to join our team.

Responsibilities nn
- Interpret architectural drawings and site specifications to plan each stage of work
n
- Set out, measure, and cut materials accurately using hand and power tools
n
- Frame floors, walls, and roofs, ensuring plumb, level, and square construction
n
- Install structural and non-structural elements: joists, trusses, bracing, and noggins
n
- Fit external cladding, fascia, eaves, doors,



and window frames to spec
n
- Assemble and install prefabricated components and fixings as required
n
- Construct basic formwork for concrete pours when neededCarry out repairs, adjustments, and punch-list items to finish quality
n
- Order, receive, and manage materials to minimise waste and delays
n
- Apply WHS practices on site, including safe tool use and housekeeping
n
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to meet program and quality standards
n

Qualifications & Experience nn
- Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent trade qualification)
n
- At least 1-2 years of proven industry experience
n

Other Skills n

Strong technical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
