Process Line Workers Wanted - Exciting Opportunities in Nagambie!

Recruitment Select is seeking reliable, motivated, and hardworking Process Line Workers to join a busy and well-established processing facility in Nagambie.

We currently have casual, opportunities available across day, afternoon, and night shifts, offering flexibility and the chance to become part of a supportive and dynamic team environment.

A Forklift Licence is highly regarded but not essential. Due to varying shift requirements, applicants residing in Nagambie, Seymour, Murchison, and surrounding areas are strongly encouraged to apply.

About the Role:

As a Process Line Worker, you will play an important role in supporting daily production operations within a rapid-paced processing environment. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively within a team.

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

- Previous experience in a processing, manufacturing, production,



or similar environment
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport
- The ability to work well within a team environment
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Flexibility to work across various shifts, including short-notice assignments
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and attendance
- The ability to successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol screen
- A current Police Check
- A Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential)

Available Shift Times:

- Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
- Night Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am

Required PPE:

The successful applicants will be required to wear:

- Hi-Vis shirt
- Long work pants
- Steel cap boots
