The Opportunity n

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join an established business within the manufacturing sector.

n

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will join a supportive, close-knit finance team and take full ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Payable function. Your responsibilities will include invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, payment-related queries and maintaining supplier master data.

This role will commence as a six-month fixed-term contract. Ideally, you will be able to commence immediately or at short notice.

The Challenge n

Reporting to the Financial Controller, some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable transactions,



including supplier reconciliations and query resolution
n
- Preparing customer invoices and credit notes, allocating cash and following up outstanding balances
n
- Maintaining supplier and customer master data
n
- Administering corporate credit card processes
n
- Responding to supplier, customer and internal finance queries
n
- Providing general finance and administrative support to the broader team
n

The Expertise n

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following:

n

- A minimum of two years’ experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role
n
- Robust Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
n
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- Confidence communicating with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders
n
