We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated andenthusiastic Kitchenhand to be part of our fantastic Food & Beverage team atour raafaClub located at our Cambrai VillageEstateinMerriwa. The raafa Club is the heartbeat of the estate and is avibrant facility that boasts contemporary function rooms,meeting spaces and a casual, friendly, dining experience formembers and their guests.

To be successful in this role, you will beavailable to work Tuesday to Saturday between 9:00am and 5:00pm.This permanent part-time prospect offers approximately 30 hoursper fortnight.

The roleand you:

- Wash andclean utensils and dishes and ensuring appropriatestorage
- Handle,sort, store and distribute food items
- Wash, peel,chop,



cut and cook food stuffs and assist with preparing saladsand desserts
- Sort anddispose of rubbish and recycling
- Organiselaundering of kitchen linen
- Cleaning ofall food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen toolsand areas
- Deliveringfood to the Lodge at meal times
- Goodorganisational and time management skills
- Ability towork autonomously with limited supervision andto workunder pressure
- AbilityDemonstrated ability to work independently and within a teamenvironment
- Commitmentto continuous improvement principles
- KnowledgeofFood Hygiene regulations
- Currenttraining in Food Safe Programs
