What You'll Be Doing
- Installation of commercial and residential air conditioning and ventilation systems
- Working across various construction sites throughout Melbourne
- Collaborating with project managers and other tradespeople to keep workflows running efficiently
- Conducting installations in a timely and safe manner using strong organisation and problem-solving skills
- Adhering to all safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe work environment
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3–4 years' experience as a Mechanical Plumber in the air conditioning industry
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Valid driver's licence
