We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Demi Chef to join our kitchen team in Doot Doot Doot.

The Role

As Demi Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering unforgettable dining experiences. Your responsibilities include:

- You will contribute to the smooth running of our kitchen and assist in the management of a section.
- Always observing best practice in food hygiene and health and safety procedures
- Liaise with FOH team on a daily basis
- Lead, coach and mentor junior staff
- Cultivate a positive work environment where learning and development is celebrated
- Able to adapt and succeed in high-pressure service periods

What You’ll Bring

We’re seeking someone who:

- Have previous experience preferably within a hatted restaurant or 5-star hotel




- Maintain a good level of understanding of the restaurant and hospitality industry
- Go above and beyond to create ongoing memorable and unique guest experiences
- Communicate clearly, professionally and concisely
- Has full working rights in Australia.
