n What you'll do

n

As Centre Director, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day leadership and performance of the service, while creating an environment where children, families and educators can thrive.

n

- Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-quality early learning service.
n
- Drive occupancy growth and financial performance in line with budget targets.
n
- Build, mentor and retain a high-performing leadership team.
n
- Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework and WA regulations.
n
- Foster a culture of safety, inclusion, and educational excellence.
n
- Develop strong partnerships with families and the local community.
n
- Collaborate with your Area Director and support functions to achieve strategic goals.
n
- Lead performance management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
n

What you'll bring

We're looking for a confident and people-focused leader who is ready to take ownership of a service and make a genuine difference.

- A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing,



and alignment with Busy Bees values.
n
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).
n
- Current Working with Children Check for WA.
n
- Proven experience leading a service, ideally within a medium to large centre environment.
n
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF, and compliance requirements.
n
- Demonstrated ability to manage occupancy, rosters, and financial performance.
n
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
