HYPR is the new AI-led performance marketing, creative and technology arm of Socialprise Ltd, an established Bermuda-based agency with a track record of delivering strategic marketing, digital and technology solutions.
As we expand internationally, we are seeking an entrepreneurial Managing Director to establish and lead HYPR’s Australian operations, drive commercial growth and help shape our presence across the Asia-Pacific region.
The opportunity
We’re looking for a commercially driven leader with a founder’s mentality who can build relationships, open doors and turn opportunities into revenue.
You’ll take ownership of HYPR’s Australian business, working directly with the Group Founder and supported by Socialprise’s established international team and delivery capabilities.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining business development, commercial strategy and operational management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead HYPR’s Australian business, including commercial strategy, revenue growth and day-to-day operations.
- Identify and secure new clients through proactive business development and strategic relationships.
- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities across performance marketing, creative, digital and AI-led solutions.
- Develop strategic partnerships and establish HYPR’s presence in the Australian market.
- Manage commercial performance, budgets and revenue forecasts.
- Build and lead a local team as the business grows, leveraging Socialprise’s international capabilities.
About you
- Proven experience in business development, commercial leadership or agency management.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing, performance media, creative services or technology.
- An established Australian business network and confidence engaging senior decision-makers.
- Commercially astute, entrepreneurial and comfortable building a business from the ground up.
- Able to balance hands-on client acquisition with broader strategic and operational leadership.
