About the Role

We are seeking a creative and experienced marketing all-rounder who brings together strong marketing and communications skills with a passion for design, storytelling and creating content that makes an impact.

As the Marketing and Communications Officer, you will bring strong experience across marketing, communications, creative design and digital content. You will play a key role in developing and delivering engaging campaigns and creative content that align with the strategic direction of the Association, strengthen brand engagement, connect with audiences, and support organisational objectives across digital and traditional channels.

About You

We are looking for a creative and experienced marketing and communications professional to join our team who is passionate about creating engaging content that makes a difference and developing designs that tell a story.

In addition, you will have:

- Proven experience delivering marketing and communications campaigns.
- Experience leading social media and digital content strategy.
- Demonstrated high level skills and experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in photography, videography and multimedia.
- Strong understanding of brand application across all organisational platforms and materials.
- Knowledge of developing automated email campaigns, website content management, and SEO.
- Experience translating ideas into captivating designs for marketing campaigns that maximise the impact of communications and drive engagement.
- Ability to analyse and report on campaign performance, using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.




- Passion for creating engaging, innovative and brand-aligned content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to delivery.
- Strong communication, stakeholder and collaboration skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, Media or related field.
