Who in the Zoo Recruitment is partnering with a growing fashion and apparel brand to find a Junior Marketing Coordinator who loves creating content and bringing campaigns to life.
This newly created role offers the chance to help shape a brand’s digital presence while gaining hands-on experience across social media, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, events and retail marketing. You’ll work closely with the Brand and Creative teams, with room to test ideas and make an impact as the brand grows.
What you’ll be doing
- Plan, create and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and LinkedIn in line with the campaign calendar.
- Develop engaging video and social content, drawing on emerging trends and audience insights.
- Coordinate outreach to gifted and paid influencers and help build ongoing relationships.
- Support marketing activity for retail and wholesale channels, as well as brand events, activations and partnerships.
- Help organise and attend photoshoots, including sample preparation, logistics and shoot briefs.
- Maintain digital assets and contribute to brand presentations and campaign materials.
- Track social performance and share insights and ideas to improve future activity.
- Work with the wider team on digital marketing and CRM campaigns.
What you’ll bring
You’ll ideally have two or more years’ experience in a marketing assistant or coordinator role, preferably in fashion or apparel. You’re confident creating content for different social platforms, have strong writing skills and enjoy the practical side of getting a campaign out the door.
Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or Figma would be valuable, particularly if you enjoy creating video content. You’re organised, detail focused and comfortable juggling priorities in a busy team.
