In the role of Marketing Manager your responsibilities will include:

· Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy across residential and retirement living developments

· Work directly alongside the Managing Director on branding, campaigns and project launches

· Hands-on role managing digital campaigns, social media, websites and project marketing collateral

· Personally oversee Meta and Google Ads campaigns including optimisation and reporting

· Manage creative direction for display suites, signage, brochures and project branding

· Lead and mentor a small internal marketing team while managing external agencies and suppliers

· Own and grow the company's corporate brand across all channels and touchpoints

· Create high-level pitch presentations and marketing material for new business opportunities

· Use modern AI tools and technology to drive smarter, faster marketing execution

The ideal candidate for the role of Marketing Manager will have:

· Proven Marketing Manager experience within property, development or a related industry

· Strong hands-on creative skills with experience using Canva and producing marketing assets

· Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once

· Detail-focused, ensuring all content and communications are accurate and polished

· Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently

· Experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns from setup through to reporting

· Confident using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude within day-to-day marketing workflows

· Strong copywriting and content creation skills across digital, social and print marketing

· Ability to manage agencies, budgets, suppliers and internal stakeholders

Leadership experience mentoring or managing a small marketing team

Pay: $80,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
