We’re looking for a Master Data Analyst to join our National Restaurant Support Centre team. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday opportunity suited to someone with strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset and experience working with systems, data and operational information. Experience within QSR, retail, hospitality or another multi-site environment would be particularly valuable.

The Master Data Analyst plays an important role in ensuring our product, pricing and inventory information is accurate and maintained across Hungry Jack’s systems. You’ll work closely with our restaurants and internal teams to support pricing changes, new products, current restaurant openings and ongoing system and data improvements.

What will you be doing?

- Setting up and maintaining products and pricing across store back-office, POS and other relevant systems, including Macromatix and NCR.
- Supporting new restaurant openings and ensuring restaurant information is accurately maintained.
- Coordinating regular and quarterly pricing updates across relevant systems.
- Working with key business teams to ensure product, inventory and pricing information is accurate and up to date.
- Managing the addition, modification and removal of POS items.
- Maintaining inventory codes and costings across relevant systems.
- Supporting projects relating to pricing structures, pricing management and system integration.




- Developing and maintaining appropriate controls and sign-off processes for pricing and master data changes.
- Analysing data and processes to identify opportunities to improve data integrity, accuracy and efficiency.
- Supporting restaurants with system, pricing and data-related queries.
- Building knowledge across Hungry Jack’s systems and supporting broader Master Data activities and projects as required.

What are we looking for?

- Experience working with master data, operational systems, product or pricing data, ideally within QSR, retail, hospitality or another multi-site environment.
- Experience with Macromatix, NCR, Oracle Fusion or similar back-office/POS systems will be highly regarded.
- A good understanding of how store or restaurant systems support day-to-day operations would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- A logical, process-driven and methodical approach to work.
- Confidence working with systems, data and large amounts of detailed information.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills. Exposure to SQL for data analysis and reporting would be advantageous, but is not essential.
- A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in IT, Finance, Business or another relevant discipline is preferred, but not essential.
