Delivery Centric is seeking a Maximo Lead Consultant with 10–12+ years of experience in IBM Maximo, with robust expertise in Maximo upgrades, customization, implementation and data migration. The role requires hands-on experience in solution architecture, integrations, configuration and technical leadership, with Maximo 7.6.1.2 experience essential. Exposure to MAS 9, cloud deployment (Azure/AWS) and Maximo Mobile will be highly regarded.

Key Requirements:

- 10–12 years of experience in IBM Maximo, with expertise in Maximo upgrades, customization, and data migration projects.
- Experience in designing and architecting Maximo solutions based on business requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Experience in IBM Maximo migration, deployment, system testing, integration, data replication, backup testing, build, configuration, and installation across operator/vendor organizations, working with products such as IBM Maximo Asset Management and IBM Maximo for Utilities.
- Working experience with IBM Maximo 7.6.1.2; experience with MAS 9 will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Jython, and Python.
- Experience in installing and managing MAS 9 on Azure, AWS, or private cloud environments.
- Experience in installing and managing Maximo Mobile for EAM or Maximo Anywhere.
- Extensive experience with database configuration, Domains, Workflows, Actions, Roles, Escalations, Cron Tasks, Automation Scripts, and Application Designer.




- Lead the implementation of Maximo solutions, including configuration, customization, integration, and deployment.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design and implement integrations between Maximo and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Develop customizations and extensions to Maximo as required to meet specific business needs.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve system performance and responsiveness.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues and challenges related to Maximo implementation and operation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Provide training and support to end users and administrators to ensure effective utilization of Maximo solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting project deadlines.
- Assist with RFP responses and oral presentations to current and prospective clients.
- Communicate key goals, define responsibilities, and establish end deliverables for Executive Leadership.
- Participate in the implementation of business processes, initiatives, and strategies.
