Allan King & Sons Construction is a local, family-owned civil construction company specialising in bulk and detailed earthworks, road construction, stormwater drainage and stabilisation, with projects throughout the Northern Territory.

Following the award of additional major civil infrastructure works, we are seeking an experienced MC Driver / Semi Water Cart Operator to join our remote civil construction team.

This is a 3 weeks on / 1 week off remote position, with accommodation, meals and travel provided.

We are looking for an experienced MC driver with proven double side tipper experience who is comfortable working in a remote civil construction environment and operating a semi water cart as required.

About the Role The position will involve:

- Operating a semi water cart across civil and road construction works

- Operating double side tippers as required

- Supporting earthworks and road construction crews

- Carrying out daily pre-starts and basic vehicle inspections

- Maintaining equipment in a clean and serviceable condition

- Reporting faults and maintenance requirements

- Completing required paperwork and site documentation

- Working safely around heavy plant and active construction areas

- Working effectively as part of a remote civil construction crew

About You To be considered,



you will have:

- Current MC driver's licence

- Proven double side tipper experience

- Experience operating heavy vehicles in civil construction, earthworks or similar environments

- Ability to operate a semi water cart, or relevant experience that transfers to the role

- Construction White Card

- Robust commitment to safety and equipment care

- Ability to work a 3:1 remote roster

- Ability to work effectively within a remote project team

Previous remote civil construction and water-cart experience will be highly regarded.
