/n We are looking for a passionate Store Operations Manager to help lead our MECCA Launceston store in TAS on a full time basis. /n

/n Day-to-day responsibilities: /n
/n

- /n Lead the operations team to create and maintain seamless processes for incoming stock and to ensure the store is always looking beautiful /n
- /n Manage and execute monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups /n
- /n Manage and audit stocktakes /n
- /n Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing regular feedback /n
- /n Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values /n /n

/n What success looks like in this role: /n

- /n Prior experience managing a team and handling large volumes of stock. /n
- /n Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development /n
- /n A keen eye for detail, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively /n
- /n Genuine care for people, and always stiving for the best possible team member experience. /n /n
