Green Square Health is looking for a highly motivated Medical Receptionist to join our team.
Green Square Health is an established private billing, a multidisciplinary practice situated in the heart of Waterloo. Our practice is conveniently located minutes from public transport and has parking available on site. Being fully computerised we have a keen interest in how technology can improve healthcare service delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to a team of GPs, nurses and allied health professionals
- Management of appointment book and phone switchboard
- Responding to patient enquiries and managing correspondence
- Patient billing processes and daily banking reconciliation;
- Re-stocking and facilities management;
- Ad hoc administration duties as required
We are a fun and supportive team looking for a like-minded person to join us and contribute to this pivotal role.
Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, whilst not essential, will be highly regarded.
