/n About the Role/n As a Travel Medical Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care in inpatient medical wards. You’ll manage patients with acute and chronic medical conditions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure continuity of care in line with NSW Health protocols. /n Key responsibilities: /n /n
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients across acute medical wards

- Administer medications and manage patient treatment plans

- Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
/n
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, and allied health teams
/n
- Perform clinical documentation and ensure adherence to NSW Health protocols
/n
- Support patient education, recovery, and discharge planning
