Reef Marine in Central QLD is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to support our Service Manager and Technicians. You will provide exceptional customer service face-to-face and over the phone, identify service requirements, prepare quotes, and schedule jobs in a rapid-paced workshop environment.

You will liaise with customers and staff to provide accurate advice, deliver a positive customer experience at every stage, and contribute to smooth workshop operations in Mackay region.
