What you’ll do nn
- Deliver a high-quality kindergarten program that supports children's learning,



development and school readiness.
n
- Create engaging play-based learning experiences that inspire curiosity and a love of learning.
n
- Observe, assess and document children's learning and progress.
n
- Lead and support educators within the room to achieve positive outcomes for children.
n
- Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community.
n
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
n

Requirements About you nn
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification)
n
- Current Queensland Teacher Registration (or eligibility to obtain)
n
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, QKLG and National Quality Framework
n
- A passion for delivering high-quality play-based learning experiences
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Current Blue Card and First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
n
