Job Description

Skillset Limited is seeking non-executive directors to govern the organisation, guide strategic direction and oversee performance. You will support the CEO, manage risk and ensure legal compliance while championing staff and regional communities across NSW.

As part of a skills-based Board, you'll contribute governance, strategy and leadership expertise, participate in quarterly board meetings in Bathurst, engage in committee work and help expand regional opportunities through education, training
